Sandringham Street Festival

We enjoyed a lovely day at the Sandringham Street Festival earlier this month. We were grateful to have been included in the SPiCE community area again, surrounded by other talented and supportive organisations. It was great to sit alongside our member groups, Aotearoa Sustainability Group, and The ReCreators, who shared an environmental message with visitors. 

We had swan plant and tomato seedlings to give away, as well as some produce from our Foodtogether Pop-up shop. The Gribblehirst Knitters were on site, teaching people how to knit. Plus our awesome new cargo e-bike was available for people to try out. Thanks to the team at Albert-Eden Climate Action Network for looking after the riders!

Thanks to Sandringham Village and Albert-Eden Local Board for organising such an amazing event year after year! We look forward to the next one.
